As a student of Food Technology, Daan would like to connect people more with the way food is produced. The presentation I will be giving is thus centered around the concept of food fermentation, specifically the basics of how to make a fermentation process be successful (and, if it isn’t, how to fix it).
The presentation is accessible to both beginners and advanced fermentation-interests: the content will adapt itself based on what knowledge is present
